Dorothy Ramsbottom is the mother of Gavin Ramsbottom and mother in law to Troy Ramsbottom.
She first appeared in series 2 of Benidorm and was quite a flirtatious character with Martin and was avoiding a run in with Hotel Staff Mateo Castellanos as she did not have a wristband to access the hotel. She then was revealed to Donald Stewart and Jacqueline Stewart as the mother of Gavin and stayed in the remainder of the episode.
