Shelia Reid born on the 21 December 1937 is an English actress best know for the role of the hilarious venom spitting smoking mobility scooter riding madge Harvey from 2007-2015, 2016, 2019- she appeared in 45 episodes it is rumoured the actress will return for series 11.
